Hi all:
I am in the Tampa area and will have at least one day to do some snooping around looking for plants...
Can anyone give me some ideas, anywhere in the region, from Tampa on north .....
I really would like to visit some possible collecting sites on this trip, if for nothing else to get my feet wet (so to speak) for future trips....
Any help (gps locations or just towns or sites would be great)
thanks
david
POSSIBLE COLLECTING SITES IN FLORIDA
Re: POSSIBLE COLLECTING SITES IN FLORIDA
David, you may want to reach out to Sean Murphy directly. He's done lots of collecting in Florida. Otherwise, if you return to the nerite place, keep me in mind.

Thank you Kris
will reach out to Sean....
IF *(not sure if i am going up that way) i stop there you are most welcome to have some nerites....
I also want to find some of the big apple snails if possible.... for an outdoor tub i have...
I know they are supposed to be invasive but i do not plan on putting them anywhere where that would be an issue.

David,
Outdoor tub = planning on putting them somewhere that would be an issue.

Another person you could contact if Sean is unavailable is Chantz Cramer.
It is not murder if you're killing snails.
