I just sent an e-mail asking if long term parking for 6/7-6/12 is permitted. I'll post response when received.

Here is the response on longterm parking at Herndon Monroe Park & Ride.

Hi Michael.

There is no time limit for the Herndon-Monroe P & R. People often leave
cars there when traveling. Please keep in mind that the County does not
accept any liability for damage or theft.

Thanks for emailing them. I'll take chances with thieves, but it's good to know that the county won't tow it.

The Florida trip is starting to look pretty shakey for me. First my house A/C died on me. I'm still waiting for a shipment of plants and fish to get here (for the nano tank) everything is a week late already. Today is my day off of work and the phone is ringing off the hook, because 25 people just got fired at my job. I think it might be a better idea to take my vacation but stay at home(I'm the shop Steward) so I can handle my duties.

That's too bad Kevin! Hopefully next year will be a little less crazy for you.

I have a parking spot in a covered garage that can be used in Arlington. Basically if someone wants to meet at my location and head out to meet up with the herd they can leave their vehicle in my spot.

The 0600 departure can work but that is early in the morning. The departure time will help us avoid the rush hour in Richmond and give hopefully clearer sailing beyond Richmond.

I'll bring along some family radios that we can use during the collecting times. I also have a cell phone so we can coordinate the small stuff.

Ghazanfar do we have a formed travel plan? I am trying to determine if I can work in some swim/snorkel/underwater photo time with manatees while we are in the Gainesville area of the state.

Well - I'm STILL trying to get a fish farm tour worked in but that's looking
more and more unlikely at this point. They're not open on the weekends
and I cant seem to fit them into the scedule on any other day.

Friday morning 8:30 AM would be the best time for Ichtucknee - before the
crowds come in and cloud up the water.

We have ana icecream stop in Tampa.

Monday morning 9:30 is our scheduled tour of FAN.

I'm trying to work out the details of another plant nursery quick stop down
in that area - they supposedly have ponds-o-crypts.

Sides that - we're free to roam.
