I wrote up a response to this earlier today. I suppose I never hit the submit button.
Anyhow, the dolomite is an Estes product and is still availble from Aquarium Depot. The potash is a Hoffman product sold as Muriate of Potash. I found it at my local garden center. The clay I found at a pottery place in Baltimore somewhere.

Exactly - I got told no self hardening, and went nuts trying to find it. I still don't know if the 180g has the right kind in it.

didnt realize that self hardening was a no no, ahh well at least now we have a list for part of the needed bits..
Anyone want to split an order? I dont really want or NEED 50lbs of clay.

I'm interested in splittng the cost also. 50 lbs seems like quite a lot. Don't have any idea how much I will need for a 75 gallon tank.
