120cm Office Tank

This is a cool tank that we have been working on. I did this tank in a friends office waiting room.

The idea was to do a tank that would be very colorful and low maintenance. The low maintenance factor was most important. Much to my friends , I only get there about once a month for water change and trimming She is in charge of feeding and dosing

I think its a very peaceful layout.....hope you enjoy.

I like this one a lot too. I spent very little time setting this up, and even less maintaining it, yet i like it more then most of the tanks i spend 100 times more effort on.

It certainly isnt ADA quality or anything, but it is very peaceful to me:)

The plant is lilaeopsis.

Lighting: 4x55wattPC lighting - 8hrs during the week, 5 hours during the weekend.
Substrate: Soil Master Select
Filter: XP3
CO2: inline reactor 3 bbls a second
Nutrients: NPK 10:1.5:20 ratio - daily

Do you know which version of Lilaeopsis it is? There seem to be several different varieties of the micro sword. The difference seems to be the rate it grows and the point/roundness of the tips.

Im not at all sure what version it is. It looks pretty normal to me....but then again, i dont have a ton of experience with the species:)

Not a problem, was just google searching and found that it varies and the main difference is the speed in which is grows and the tips either being rounded off or very sharp. Thanks though
