I updated the Excel file again. Added solubility to make sure that this mix would dissolve properly. I found out that K has such a low solubility as compared to the rest that it takes up too much water to dissolve the required amount. In order to make the stock solution as concentrated as possible, I've separated the K out into a dry dose. The rest of the items can be fairly saturated and dosing in this version is 1ml of stock solution / Gallon of tank (e z p z).

Now optimized for concentration.
Basically, for my desired PPM, this is the optimized recipe for:
1) Concentration of stock solution
2) Using the minimum variety of compounds
3) Using the minimum quantity of compounds
4) Covering NPK + Ca & Mg
I bet someone can improve this - but I think I'm done for now.
