Houseplant stores with aquatic plants

Are there any specialty houseplant stores in the DMV area that include nano planted tanks/wabi-kusa? Is there a reason why many of these stores don't include nano tanks (like in Japan)?

I don't think this store, in NYC, has an extensive aquatic plant selection
