October Meeting

Post by halak »

Rachel will talk at the October meeting. She can bring you critters from what's available on her site, http://msjinkzd.com/stocklist/.

For the October meeting, I will bring:

- pearl grass
- Ammannia senegalensis (probably)

and chocolate chip cookies

Barry, if you see this and have some more long finned Ancistrus to sell, please PM me.

All -- I'm really looking forward to hosting everyone this Saturday! I just setup a 120G a few weeks ago, and the rest of the tanks are ready for viewing.

Foodwise, I think I'm going to have:

- Taco bar (meat, fixings, guacamole, homemade salsa, chips)
- Water/Tea

Viktor's got cookies. Feel free to bring (or not) any else you'd like.

Final note, since the last time I hosted our neighborhood instituted assigned parking, so it's very important that everyone parks on the curb along Oakhurst Drive or in spots down the street marked visitors. Thanks!

Not sure what I'll be bringing plantwise yet, but I'm thinking that I'll be making a cream cheese and chocolate stuffed monkey bread to share.

I can't make it. Any chance someone is going who can pick up some fish for me?

Anybody have Fissidens grandifronds (besides Arlene)? I'd be very interested in purchasing some from whomever has it.

I can bring free Ceratophyllum demersum tomorrow. Just let me know if you want some.

Also, I will have some Echinodorus, which I think is the 'Kleiner Prinze' variety for the auction.
