I stay in Denver and I wanted some low light plants for my Discus tank.

If there are some low light plants available during the auction, can some one volunteer and bid on my behalf & ship the plants here to Denver?
I can pay you via PayPal.

I just googled for some low light plants but I am sure you guys know a lot more than listed here.

Narrow Leaf Java Fern
java fern
anubias,
star grass,
variety of crypts
Ludwigia repens

Weather looking nasty. My attendance is questionable but I'm getting ready anyway.

With the possibility of inclement weather upon us, our host has graciously indicated that postponing the meeting to either Sunday or the next Saturday is possible. Therefore I will post by 11 AM if the meeting tomorrow will be moved to another day. Sunday preferred and Saturday the 31 as the second option should the weather continue to thwart our plans.

SO, check back tomorrow to see if the meeting is on or if we have changed the date, but not the location.

Hey Folks,

Assuming that we do not have inclement weather, I have some really neat new fishes in stock, which haven't made it up onto the list yet. I also don't yet have pictures.

Elachocharax pulcher, the Black Darter Tetra. These are a beautiful, small, benthic characin. They are $6 each, or 6 for $30.
Odontocharacidium aphanes, the Dwarf Green Flame Tetra (not to be confused with the Green Fire), is a small tetra that reminds me of a kind of greenish Ember or Amandae Tetra. They are running $7 each, or 6 for $35.
Trochilocharax ornatus, the Hummingbird Fire Tetra. These are a truly stunning, glassy fish with firey wings. They're small, and a perfect nano fish. They are 6 for $40. Meh, on second thought, you guys don't want these.... no one should buy them. They look too good in my tanks. ;)

Also, I have two undescribed species of Copella (Splashing) Tetra from Pucallpa. One is Blue, one is Black. They're really quite stunning, and would make great additions to the planted tank, especially a paludarium. They are $6 each, or 6 for $32 (of one species).

Additionally, I just got in a big shipment of 12 new species of Apistogramma, and will have those listed -- if you're interested, send me an e-mail at BatfishAquatics@gmail.com.

Please order by e-mail! :)

With the fact that I travel from Richmond Va to the meeting, I have to leave before the time you are going to make an announcement......
Is there any way we can make a decision earlier?????
I really want to make the meeting but I usually leave by 10: am to get up to that area for meetings.. (ie.. capital cichlid)
thanks
david

ps..... don't mean to be a pest, but I have had a hard time scheduling for the gwapa meetings, and this is my first.....
darn mother nature anyhow.....
