Tim, I'd post it to TPT. It's very relevant to the hobby. If a moderator feels it is somehow inappropriate (which I don't see why they would), they can delete it.

This sounds like the lady from Cafe Hon, she tried to trademark the word HON, and the HON logo. She is feeling it now as I think that really ticked a lot of ppl off and stopped going to her restaurant.

OMG! You know, given how much most Corporations belly-ache about what they regard as frivilous or petty lawsuits, many of them engage in the same dam* thing! Given my name starts with "M," am in private practice, and will be filing for LLC in Jaunary, I wondering whether I'm next... better not be creative in photoshop or use some fancy script! Oooo, I might be next! When I wrote corporate I wrote a motified version of what Gordon wrote on PT (with minor tweaks) to use in my own letter to corporate! I am not a huge fan of their energy drinks (or really anyones); however, I will be boycotting their products from Monster to Blue Sky!
