Cristy, I have the salsa covered already, but chips would be great. Thanks.

I plan on being there as long as I don't have a shoot scheduled that day.

Ok here is what we have so far food-wise:

FOOD: Like last year, I plan to make my Mom's green chili string beef burritos (don't worry they are not hot/spicy) served on freshly grilled tortillas, accompanied by all the fixings (cheese, sour cream, green onions, etc), homemade salsa and spanish rice. I'll also make a batch of lemondaid to help wash it down. Hint: wear expandable pants.

It would be great if folks could volunteer to bring the following to make the feast complete:
  • Two big bags for white tortilla chips (Cristy is bringing)
    Big batch of guacamole
An assortment of soda (both diet and regular) for those who don't want lemonaid
Vegetarian beans - refried, baked, black, whatever...
A yummy dessert or two or heck, even three (I LOVE sweets) (Viktor is bringing Choc Chip Cookies, and if George attends he will bring peach cobler)
Other:
  • Sonny Disposition is bringing Korean style fried chicken.

Julie,

If no one has covered the guacamole we'll bring that as well as a fruit platter. We'll be three (2 adults and one kid). Let us know if the guac is already covered - in which case we'll think of something else.

It looks like we might finally make a GWAPA meeting! I think it's been 7 or 8 months. Not sure yet whether it will be just me, or all four of us (Amy and the girls), but we can make a crock pot of vegetarian beans (probably black, since I don't know how to make refried, LOL).

That sounds good Chris. The beans will be great.

The weather forecast yesterday said that Saturday was suppose to be nice and sunny, now it is showing a 40% chance of rain. Hopefully it will be nice and we can set up the moon bounce for the kids. If not, they can play in the basement. Last year it was nice outside, but the kids played in the basement anyway (go figure).
