I have nurii. It does fine in regulars temperature water (discus is too hot) and it likes more constant water parameters. So small frequent water changes rather than one big one.

I presume the black and white bumblebee shrimp will cross breed with crystal reds

Those shrimp in the champagne flutes were very tempting; may need to set up a shrimp/plant only tank.
