Not sure what you mean by "unusual "Congo Tetras"" but if you are looking for what is commonly called Congo Tetras, Londontowne Tropics (out towards Annapolis) has them in stock right now. A bit of a drive for ya but you can see them before you buy and they are nice looking and ...

I’m guessing one of the Oklahoma tribal name series bred by Don Egolf of the National Arboretum, since they are more winter hardy.

I ordered plants in December and the heat pack was cold and next to the top of the box, but the bottom of the box had space that was open to the cold and all the plants were exposed to the hole/space. Cool. Never heard of this plant; I'd love to try it in the future. Wonder what the flowers look like. (The first time I saw the varietal name, I thought it said santorum....)
