I think for aquarium lights you can't beat AHS. It's web site is http://www.ahsupply.com/ and I've found them to be very helpful on the phone. They also answer emails...

teflon tape
I'm far from being an expert on this, but it should be pointed that a lot of folks who are experts think that use of teflon tape on CO2 devices is a very bad idea. Apparently small bits of it can jam put the device.

Aaron, I had a powerhead in it when I first put it up, but I took it out about a month later. Now the only circulation is caused by the swimming fish.
