I might have some baby plants by the next auction, but if not, definitely by the February meeting.

Eleocharis radicans
Has anyone used this in their tanks? Anything like the other grasses? I picked up some at my local nursery and have read that it is aquatic, though the one I bought was grown emersed.

I'm not surprised. This technology has been around for a long time. One of the labs that we used to share lab space with did this with Arabadopsis (a type of mustard plant). The Lythrium I got from Ghazanfar added a punch of lime green to my paludarium and the emersed Ludwigia I got from Cristy looks great climbing up the driftwood. The Ludwigia looks like a bougainvilla! For t...

Happy cooking! -Just remember to spend a really long day or two days making this cake and don't make it during the summer--it will fall apart on you. -Keep the kitchen or whatever room you plan on making this cake in cool. -Expect...

Okay Aaron, I think you got your wish for a 40+ layer cake. I just made the crepes and was able to make 44. LOL! I'm still uncertain about the croquebouche, but I still might make it if I have time tomorrow. I will bring the seafood bites. Anyone up for some prosecco (Italian champagne or sparkling ...
