Re: Loricariidae (Identification) - Please Help

Wow! Now that's an answer and then some... thetwo sisters(?) are beauties though I have no idea how to sex them except that they have not bred (to my knowledge) despite the fairly high level of fecundity among the other inhabitants. Of course, I am not sure that I have an adequate cave or tube-like ...

Loricariidae (Identification) - Please Help (Answer Recv'd)

Greetings, I have had these beautiful Loricariidae (Plecos) for some time and I might have once known the specifics though I was hoping that someone might help identify them by name (Common & L#). I purchased these two at GWAPA Meeting (think from Jen though I might be totally mistaken). As an a...

Kris, Yeah, yeah... we can add humble to the list of your good qualities, too (nudge-wink). Ordered, unordered, or something between... it's great to see you recognized. Guitarfish is an excellent website and a resource for many, you knowledge base is exceptional as well, and I am fortunate to know ...

Kris, Very nice feather! Congrats! It's quite impressive to be listed as first speaker after the keynote speaker! With initials 'k' and 'w,' we can't even razz you about being second only be virtue of the alphabet (wink-nudge). I wish that I could attend though it's not in the cards. I do wish you t...

Re: Aquarium News - Rimless

Dude! I know! I like both of the frag tanks though the 80-gallon fits more of my reality in terms of space. Aw, well, I think that other than maybe swapping out my 65-gallon tank for a EDGE-57 and/or a small rimless in the 8-15 gallon range, I am on hold for a year as I am engaged and until we're ma...

Re: Aquarium News - Rimless

Well, I wanted to follow-up with a quick update. I visited House of Tropicals on the way to the post office, as the local post office did not have right sized boxes for plants I sent out today, and I wanted to follow-up with some news on rimless. I noticed that they have the new Deep Blue Small Riml...

Re: Aquarium News - Rimless

I stopped in the store. EDGE-75 Reef is $329.98. I see 3 of EDGE-75 in the back of store right now without RR (no drillling or plumbing) for 319.98 ($10 less). I EDGE-57 Reef is $279.98 was $257.98, but I do not have a hard price on non-ER.

Re: Aquarium News - Rimless

Aaron, I definitely agree. I wonder as to the reason? Personally, I do kinda' like the black trim, but in the hobby at large clear would the first choice in terms of marketing in the event you only product one tank option. What I do like is the low iron glass which is a nice plus... and, of course, ...
