Go to http://fins.actwin.com/aquatic-plants/ and search on "LED" and you'll find a wealth of information on using LEDs on planted tanks.

I went to the Aquarium in Baltimore last week...I had never seen the new Australian exhibit. It was very nice, and had many different kinds of Rainbow fish. I understand they have special tours for groups. It might be worth looking into.

This is obvious, but I'll say it anyway: When you first start advertise everywhere. Put notices in local aquarium stores, submit notices to groups like Aquatic Plants Mailing list, the Barr Report, and anywhere else you can think of.
