Can someone help me ID this plant. To me it looks the most like the Bacopa madagascriensisphoto in Kasselmann's book. But if it is, I have no idea where I got it.

PVAS listing

I just noticed that GWAPA is not listed on the PVAS "local club" listings (see http://www.pvas.com/links.php). Is there a reason we are not there, or is it just an oversight on PVAS' part?

Original Bylaws

Attached are more or less the original bylaws. I sent this to Alysoun, who wordsmithed a bit, and they were voted on and accepted. I don't recall any significant change from this document.
