Makes sense. If you're measuring 115 PAR at the level of substrate, I'd think you'd be good for any of those plants.

Will, this very much depends on what you want to grow. First, whenever measuring PAR, make sure that the tank has water in it, since the PAR measurements are going to be much lower through water than air. I've not used this, but it seems like the yeast/sugar method, just with more expensive raw materials from them, perhaps with some extra bindings to make 'gel' instead of just sugar water. If you were to go this route, I'd just recommend using a rigid plastic bottle (like a Simply Orange orange juice...
