Re: Low light LED lighting for a 20g long

Thanks Kris. I saw the Aqueon Modular LED System yesterday, but hesitated to try it purely for the name brand. For the same price, I can get the Satellite LED+.

Low light LED lighting for a 20g long

I'm looking for a low light LED fixture for my 20g longs, all planted with low light plants (java fern, wisteria and crypts). I have dual T5NO's on them now. Anyone have any experience/info on a good fixture for low light plants on a 12" high tank? Thanks! Loni

LOL I'm in too! I use both if I find algae lurking around....which is a lot of the time!

Every tank in this house gets gda on glass, specifically where the power heads flow hits the glass. I just sc...

Re: Getting rid of tiny snails

Assasain's take some time, but within a few months, my tank was void of those pesky snails. I just bought several more for other tanks.

Re: Cyanobacteria

Yeah, it treated my 125g once, then a few months later my 75g once. The fw form didn't kill anything, but the red saltwater has killed peppermint shrimp, both times I had to use it. I actually have it on hand (in red form also) jic, hate that stuff, not only is it a pita and ugly, it stinks! Would y...
