You may want to be careful with scaleless fish (like loaches) and elevated salt, they tend to act like they are being burned by it. The safest/quickest way I've found to cure loaches from Ich is to get them in a quarentine tank, raise the temp, add only 0.5 - 1 tsp salt/gallon, and add a submersible...

As Arlene said, Super Petz has great imports from time to time, but the customer service is less than desirable.
And you did find the sole Super Petz in Annandale

You should PM Damian (ddavila06).

He has red-root floater, Salvinia natans, and a large red version of duck weed.

Good luck!

You could also consider 2 6500K bulbs run for 8h, and 1 10,000K as a 1-3h noon burst. I guess it all depends on how many switches you have ordered.

What is the K rating of the Plant Grow bulb?

I'm not sure if they would be cheaper, but when I lived in Alexandria I would use these guys: www.mirrorandglasscenter.com. I have even had small shelves for plants cut (but not as long as yours).

Good Luck! :D
