Ludwigia inclinata var. verticillata 'Araguaia' has been growing emersed and flowering for me lately.

Hmmm...the 'Pantanal' is about to flower next to it. Do you think a small artist brush would work to pollinate the flowers?

No other Ludwigias flowering? I bet it would be interesting if you could cross it with something like L. repens 'ruby'.
