Check out Craigslist.com and go to city of Wash DC and look in general for sale section...someone is selling CO2 tanks..(2) 5# and a 20# One of the five pounders has a single gauge regulator and it's 50$. This was posted a week ago and it's being re-posted so you can maybe bargain for a better price.
Maybe this link will work

I dunno, everybody chime in here. Offer the guy $100 for all and sell the rest at a profit to GWAPA members.

I'd buy a 5# if you did that. Assuming they still pass a safety check.

That single regulator is no good for our purposes. The tanks would work though.

Personally, I was planning on a dual regulator and a 10# tank.

It takes me a long time to spend money...

So i'm planning on the Milwaukee CO2 Regulator with needle valve, solenoid valve, and bubble counter plus a 10 pound tank locally. Anyone got a Milwaukee combo for sale or can suggest the best place to find one?

www.aquariumplants.com has one of the best prices available on that combo. I have one, but I'm keeping it. :)

Yeah, I've got a brand new one sitting in the shipping box. Aquatic-store.com shipped it to me by mistake (in place of what I really ordered) and never returned my calls to replace it. You can have it for $80.

there ya go Larry, that's the cheapest you'll ever find it locally or online if you factor in shipping. And it's a nice lure to get you to a meeting for a change..hint hint...
