*Some* Actinic bulbs do indeed hit the exact wavelength (one of the two) plants want. Others miss it entirely. lucens goes vertical in lower light, and gets taller and thinner in higher light - at least for me. That looks like parva to me damian. Who knows for sure without flowering it, but only parva looks like that, laying on the substrate, for me. That said, Nurii is *tiny* for me, too, so it may just be ...
